A forecast only counts if it provably existed before the outcome did. One instrument commits its forecasts in public, then grades them in public — claiming precedence, never skill it has not yet earned.

What this does not claim
- That any of it is new. Seven of the instruments teach known mathematics; the results are the literature’s, computed live rather than restated. Ledger claims precedence only — a forecast that existed before its outcome — never skill it has not yet earned.
- That a number is what it looks like. Each carries a tag — live, exact, measured or stored — saying which kind it is, and every stored constant was checked against an independent reference before the page shipped.
- That every page carries a self-test. Most do; Repulsion’s check lives in its independent reference rather than on the page.
